The 21st Annual Africa Business Conference will take place on February 15, 2019 and February 16, 2019 at the Havard Business School.

This year’s theme, “Africa Forward: Forging New Alliances for the Future”, is to recognize calls for increased intra-regional trade, direct investment, and collaborative innovation from thought leaders in African business, macroeconomics and politics. The theme is also timely in light of key economic and geopolitical events across the continent in 2018, including the signing of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement and the landmark peace deal between Ethiopia and Eritrea.

This year , four key real estate players in Africa will be speaking on the topic ; challenges in Africa’s Real Estate and Property Market. These speakers were chosen from Ghana and the Gambia. Read more on them below;

  1. EMMANUEL KOJO JONES-MENSAH
Emmanuel Kojo Jones-Mensah ,CEO of Empire Domus and managing director of Empire Concrete.

Emmanuel Kojo Jones-Mensah comes from a strong lineage of business entrepreneurs. He acknowledges that “business DNA flows through his blood”. With an educational background, mostly from UK universities such as Coventry University. Kojo Jones holds an LLB from London Metropolitan University, Business diploma from LMU and also holds an MBA in oil and Gas management. He is the CEO of Empire Domus and managing director of Empire Concrete.

2. NANA KWAME BEDIAKO

Nana Kwame Bediako C.E.O and Founder , Kwarleyz Group.

As President and CEO of Kwarleyz Group, Nana Kwame Bediako has grown into a Real Estate mogul – building living and working spaces that have attracted lots of commendation.

His landmark developments include Kwarleyz, a plush 43-apartment block in the Airport Residential Area. His latest addition to Accra’s changing skyline is the 16-floor, mixed-use building (retail and living space) structure under development on Osu Oxford street, near Danquah Circle, and designed by world celebrated architect Branco Cavaleiro.

3. MUSTAPHA NJIE

Mustapha Njie, C.E.O , TAF Global

Mustapha Njie, known as Taf, is a Gambian Entrepreneur who is engaged in housing projects in The Gambia, Senegal, Nigeria and Ivory Coast among others countries on the African Continent.He has 43 years of outstanding experience in running businesses in Construction, Housing and Real Estate Industry in Africa; he is passionate about expanding his business empire across sub-Saharan Africa.

4. SAUL FRAZER

Saul Frazer, C.E.O Global Properties.

Saul Frazer is the CEO of Global Properties, a company that offers services in real estate sales, land sales and property rental with offices in The Gambia, Senegal, USA and UK. His unique entrepreneurial leadership skills have enabled the company to develop and experience limitless opportunities
